Default This base game Adult Male waistcoat as a separate top


Has anybody made this base game Adult Male waistcoat as a separate top? It comes as the top half of a whole body outfit, but Bluewater hair stylist Oscar Meadows would like to wear it along a pair of skimpy leather shorts that he owns. (The base game whole body outfit comes in four different colour variations.)
