This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Are others having issues getting custom content to work?
I'm having MAJOR issues where nothing I download works unless it's through the launcher, with the exception of custom sims (which arent showing at all). My situation is identical to this: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/i...18065422AASvoKh (I didnt post that though lol).

I'm not sure why it stopped working. I've only gotten mods for World Adventures in there and nothing works at all.

I've searched all over but I'm stumped...this site doesnt have anything on the subject. The help link on posting I can't access, and the FAQ section doesnt have any words of advice either. I'm out of ideas .

I would really like to play the game with all the stuff I downloaded (which isnt much but still). Is anyone else having the same problem or has anyone fixed it?

Use the Framework Installer, and then place your content in your base game Mods\Packages folder.

I tried monkeybars....but now I can't delete things and when I installed custom sims their clothing went all through the toddler and childrens clothing....even though they're adults.

Now I have mutant kids walking around and I had to age up my babies just so I could change their clothing cause their heads were making me see only skin coloured messes (their heads stretched and covered the screen ).

How do I delete that stuff? I don't know where it is or how . Is there some sort of program I can use?

Also...can you give me a link I can bookmark to see all of the forums? I'm so lost on navigating the community .

You have clothing that has not been categorized properly or is corrupted/broken.
You can check your Launcher for content that do not have thumbnails or have funny names or named ".nkd" and uninstall them. Read this EA thread, too.

If you know which files they are(you can use the "Show file" in Downloads tab if the Sims3Pack file(s) are still there in your Downloads folder), it/they would be good test file(s) for Delphy's new tool - CUSTARD (Alpha testing).

There's a handy-dandy Site Map under Site menu to help you learn how to navigate the site.

Wow thanks for the help! I seemed to have a bunch of that stuff....like 20 or 30 .

I was in my downloads folder....I'm getting LOT of stuff in the custom content installer as opposed to my downloads folder. I'm wondering if the stuff in my downloads folder is even showing now .

I'll figure it all out eventually. Thank you again!
