This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Apartment Life
Default Sims keep resetting
This has been a problem for quite a while and it's to the point that I don't even want to play anymore. I know what's going on is I'm getting "Bad gosub tree" errors for my two sims but the problem is I can't for the life of me figure out what's causing it.

Here's what I'm getting for the two sims:

Obviously this isn't the entire log and the name/user ID is different between the two. Other than that the two logs are the exact same for both sims. Le sigh. I've tried everything I can think of. Different custom fridges, Maxis fridges, no fridges. Without a fridge on the lot I don't get the first two but the rest still show up.

I haven't played in a few weeks because of this issue and if I remember right the sims would reset every other sim hour. That's just a rough guess but it does/did happen a lot. Just standing there? Reset. Take a bath? Reset. Cleaning up dishes? Reset. There's no rhyme or reason to it that I've noticed.

This was happening once before and I thought the 'hood might just be nuked (it was a testing ground for things I was working on) so I deleted it. The instant I made a new 'hood and recreated my sims it started happening again. I know it can't be the male sim causing it or the female sim's clothing because I've had those in-game off and on several times and it never happened. It seems to only be happening since I re-installed the game this last time.

Yes I realize the sim/clothing shouldn't have anything to do with it but I've been trying to think of any possible reason. I'm out of ideas. The female sim is pregnant but I seem to recall this happening before she became pregnant. That would sort of explain the bottle errors but it still doesn't make sense to me.

Any ideas?

Default Bunkbeds Broken and cause refresh object error "too many interactions"
For me it was all bunk beds. having any bunkbed on the lot will make sims constantly refresh and rotate. It happened to the broke family. took me a while to find the problem. If any sims were not actively doing what I told them they would error instead of interacting with objects and they would do it till they died unless I told them to do something. Its same for all downloaded bunkbeds, ikea one, teen style one etc. All downloadable bunkbeds do this. Sucks coz I really needed them for Broke family.

I have found that all beds are the #1 reason pixels will reset (spin around endlessly) and the only way I have found to cure the problem is to remove them from the house they're in. It totally clears their memory of 'owned beds' and so this is the only cure I have found to be effective.
I also have "two jeffs Smart Beds" which is supposed to prevent this problem but I think all beds are guilty of this sin-for some reason the beds will latch onto the pixels' behav's and make them unplayable.

I really wish that someone would find a cure for this problem. I had it just the other day-had to remove a group from a house because the beds (all custom but drawn on Maxis) got corrupted. Thankfully I had a house ready for them to move in and reset all their bed settings. It cured the problem.

Beds don't cause resets unless you've put them into inventory, which messes up their data, it's nothing to do with bed ownership or smart beds. But I'm pretty sure I've looked at those bunk beds before and they were just broken.

I'm not sure if it's the exact same problem my friend had but
there are some bunk beds around which probably share a GUID with either each other or something Maxis.
When the friend chose just one of the beds it worked fine, but I believe they couldn't have all of them in game at the same time.

These?
https://modthesims.info/d/577087/ik...s-and-more.html

1: Which version of the game do you have? If you have the new Legacy version, the IKEA-based ones won't work.

2: Midge fixed an issue with the bunk beds (explanation here). Michelle's bunks should be fixed (their fixed ones say "FixByMidge.zip" at the end of the file, on the download page), but it's not certain bunk beds by other creators are fixed.
The ones by Michelle are these

Make sure you've got the updated files and not older versions.

Beds can cause errors when they share GUIDs with another bed, so one that's been set up improperly (only has 1 new GUID instead of 4) could be a potential issue.

3: Which other bunk beds do you have installed? (Links please). Would help in figuring out where the problem is, and whether they've been fixed (if that is the issue).

4: In the future, please make a new topic about your problem instead of posting in an old topic (easily gets confusing).

Do you use simler90's Sleep In Your Own Bed mod, by chance? It's not compatible with bunk beds and makes sims error out constantly. The mod was updated for compatibility with the Castaway Leaf Pile bed but the bunk bed error has never been fixed. It's a pity because it's my preferred fix for sims putting themselves to bed at silly times.

Thanks for the heads-up. Since I do use simler90's mod (btw it is not compatible with twojeffs' "Smart Beds" - pick one), I won't be able to use bunk beds. Wasn't planning on it anyway.
