To post the entire thing will be a lot, but there is some of it!

Did you read the instructions that came with the mods? Chris Hatch always mentions if things will clash and I know for a fact that Kestrellyn tells you what to download and what clashes are normal, because I have the same hack.

You've got several of each mod in some cases - reasonably sure you need to pick the one that fits your game out of these:

CJHVisitOtherSimsAL.Package
CJHVisitOtherSimsPetstoAL.Package

and

foundfamilyglobal+extendedfamily.package *
extendedfamily.package *

(* Edited to add: based on the naming alone, "foundfamilyglobal+extendedfamily.package" looks to already have functions of the "extendedfamily.package" included - but I'm not too familiar with those two mods, so make sure to read the description)

Make sure to read about the mods, and if there are multiple versions, only pick one (either the "flavor" you want if the mod has optional functions, or the one that fits your EP combo, depending on mod).

Your game having trouble is usually the clearest sign of a conflict (jump bugs/errors, mod not working as it should, weird things happening...). Mods don't always automatically conflict just because they're listed as a conflict. Some can coexist if they have the correct loading order (make sure to check), and some don't actually conflict. Test new mods and let them hang out in a "test" folder for a little while - don't just throw them all in your downloads folder and hope for the best. The more mods you have, andif you just chuck them in without an regards to what you already have, the more likely something will conflict. It could also be a compatibility issue if you're downloading older mods, so make sure they're updated for or at least said to work with your latest EPs.

Having both the found family hack and the extended family hack is fine as long as you're loading them in the correct order.

For the visit sims mod, you need to choose the packages that fit your game version.

I don't know about the nanny mod and community time, you'll have to actually read the instructions for those.

You'll have to check all the other conflicts yourself, by actually reading the instructions for the mods.
