Someone requested a Relationship Decay Alteration from here:

This hack is not exactly what the person is asking for but hopefully will almost do the trick.

This is how it works:
By default our sims relationship will decay by 2 points at 4PM everyday.
I altered that "everyday" by checking it STR points and skip some days based on points.
So if your sims relationship (STR) points (Sim A to Sim B) or (Sim B to Sim A) is:
91-100 -> it will decay by 2 points on every Wed
81-90 -> it will decay by 2 points on every Mon and Fri
71-80 -> it will decay by 2 points on every Mon, Wed and Fri
50-70 -> it will decay by 2 points on every Sun, Tue, Thu and Sat
< 49 -> it will decay by 2 points everyday just like default
