This is a cloned Grandfather clock that I added the ff features:

1. View Visitor's Needs.../"Sim's name"
- allows you to view motives (hunger, energy, ..) of an unselected sims (Visitors, baby and NPCs).
2. Auto Fix Visitor's Needs (ON/OFF)
- Will automatically fix or max of an unselected sim needs if it's lower than -50 or 25%. It will max out per needs (Hunger, Energy...) for every fix a $20 will be added to your family funds. Example if your visitor's sim hygiene and energy are below -50 then this object will change it to 100 and a $40 will be added to your family funds as payment for fixing it.

I always invite sims to my lot, but my problem is I have no idea of what's the status of their needs. So I made this mod for me to view their needs instantly and attend to it, and added "auto fix" to make sure that I can fix all of them.

This object is unbreakable and available in "Decorative/Misc".
