This is a re-upload of a previously-accepted lot.

I deleted the original thread from MTS2, because it contained an outdated CEP file that was causing conflicts. This new file has been freshly passed through Clean Installer. If you have the old one, you don't need to delete it. Just delete the following file from your Downloads directory:

Sprawling Brick Victorian

For those of you who love the crumbling old rectories in English novels, here's a huge brick Victorian mansion with Gothic Revival tower.

It is a 4x4 lot, costs 82,769 Simoleons, and is unfurnished. The only custom content are some paint colors I made in Homecrafter:
Herb
Lavender Shadow
Lavender Deep Shadow
Mellow Yellow
Faded Denim

The ground floor has a parlor, billiard room, playroom, library, formal dining room, kitchen, conservatory and bathroom.

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, tower room, and 3 bathrooms.

There is also an attic, for that crazy first wife - you may want to add a locking door.

As always, have fun redecorating, improving the layout, etc., but please don't post it on any other sites.
