I started a new neighborhood and was heartily tired of Siesta Tech and Academie le Bore, so I made some buildings for my custom Uni. And I'm sharing them with you - aren't you overjoyed?

If you don't play Uni much, they can be converted into NL community lots and houses (houses with LOTS of beds).

This first one is the Annie Jump Cannon Library, a 2x2 lot with books galore.
