House for Miien's Pixie

I needed a house for the beautiful Pixie that Miien made for me, and since it's dreary, drizzly and gray outside, I wanted a gorgeous swimming pool.

This is my first try at a swimmable pond. There are some animation issues with the diving board, and you have to not move the boulders, because your Sims might swim in unpredictable places! That aside, I think the pond is pretty fun.

The house is on a 3x3 lot, has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and costs 79,294 Simoleons. My decorating taste has been criticized, so I've left it unfurnished, except for the kitchen and baths.

The following custom content is INCLUDED, so use Clean Installer to delete it if you don't want it in your downloads folder:

Ygg Large Outdoor Fern - I got this with a lot I downloaded here at MTS2. The only description I can find in SimPE is the following: The Sims2 - Needs Translation - Batch8a. So if anyone knows the URL for this, let me know.

Update: I did not find the fern, but here are some more plants by Yggdrasil.


Have fun decorating. You'll probably want to use the 45degree rotation cheat for placing furniture.
