So anyways, this is a brand new ultramodern house, 'cos i love modern soooo much!! This house is 'Lexis Modern 01'. I can already hear you applauding my imaginative name! You could probably do a lot better!

Some Info on it:
Cost - Around $70,000
Lot Size - 3x3
Sleeps - 4 Max (If you furnish it in the way I would! lol)

NOTES:
The Pool diving board is placed where it is with 'Moveobjects on'. Sims WILL dive, (there is a screenshot to prove), but it looks as if they fall through the board, then dive. No big Deal, delete if you wish.
