I'm back! This is a rather Modern looking large house on the beach. Theres not a lot else to say I'm afraid! It is UNFURNISHED. Most of the custom content is non redistributable.

Also, I'm proud to say this is my first major split leveling work on the stairs! Well, the first that I've felt good enough about to upload!!

I got the inspiration from a building I know, that has a partially suspended office are made of glass, as I have tried to recreate.
