NEEDS UNI AND NIGHTLIFE

Well, long time since I last uploaded, and i falt like making something to share, so here we are! Modern Woodland Retreat!
This is a pretty little house on top of a small cliff surrounded by lots of trees! It is fully furnished, with the following rooms:
Main room (kitchen, lounge, dining and entrance area)
Bedroom
Study
Office
Bathroom

It also has a lovely outdoor porch at the back with a hot tub under the trees! I did originally plan to have a dirt road instead of the normal one, but scrapped that since it looked strange with the roads that connected to it from either side!
NOTE: if you want the dirt road and paths, use the 'moveobjects on' cheat to delete the road and paths. There should still be my original dirt roads and paths under them!
As for custom content, I have included only one! Thanks to RGiles for the brilliant transparent flooring included! You can Find that here if you want, but it's included in the house. Without these I never could have made the cool 'roof windows' that this property has! (For best effect when you look through them, have your options set to 'Object hiding' off)
