Anyway, as you gathered, this is a small suburban house in the middle of a (coming soon) suburban street. Basically, I ran a poll on sims2.community.com (it's still running, check out the link in my sig) and found most people like small suburban houses, so here you are, the first of many! I havent furnished it, as I know I personaly like to download unfurnished houses and furnish them myself to my tastes!
