Hello all!
Here is my new house. It is perfect for a sim who is ready for a bigger place but is still low on budget. Cost is around $29,000. House is built on a small lot, unfurnished. You could also easily remake it into a bigger house, I just chose not to make it bigger because the current layout woks great for a single fun-loving sim.

--Living Room/Dining Room
--Kitchen
--Bathroom
SECOND FLOOR:
--Bedroom
--Bathroom
