Hello all!
Time for yet another house from my High St. neighborhood. By the way, to a few people thats been asking, High St. is the actual name of the street I live on, has nothing to do with being high
(well, sorta nothing to do lol).
But anyways...
It is another one of my cozy little houses for 1-2 sims. This house is only partially furnished (soms applinces/plumbing etc.), cost is around $70,000. Includes 1 car garage and covered swimming pool for the chilly nights in the Sim city.
