Cause concrete just won't do. Changes all lush terrain roads to dirt roads. Just place in the downloads folder, and when you want asphalt again remove it from the folder.

Edit: Added matching floortile by request.

This ISN'T compatable with any other hacks that edit the lush terrain, ex. the snowy neighborhoods.

Works with any version of the game.
