I have had this house for some time and it worked like magic for my victorian family so I decided to share it with you.

It's a nice manor that keeps the traditional look and blends it with the modern and old furnishings.Yes,it's furnished on a 3X3 lot.It costs 170,000 simoleons.The best for your sims.All maxis content,checked with Clean Installer.

It has one master bedroom,one children bedroom for two,a nursery for two and one bedroom for somebody else<I made a nanny and moved her in so that she stayed as long as the kids were toddlers,then I moved her out>
The large kitchen links directly to the dining room and the house has also a leisure area,a study and of course a living room.
