An old red brick farmhouse is waiting for a larger family to move in this relic of a bygone day before freeways,subdivisons and taxes crowded in on roving farmlands.
This two story home was made on a 2x4 lot. It costs $66,452. This house was made with University and Nightlife and requires the EPs to work properly.
Features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two fireplaces. This house is moderately furnished in one bedroom,in all the bathrooms and the kitchen is semi equiped to handle a dinner. The previous owners left behind a loveseat and two chairs and a picture. The trees and flowers have a gardener coming in daily until a new family moves in.
The custom content in this farmhouse are recolors of Maxis objects and walls and floors, made by myself.You will need CEP for recolors to show.
You are welcomed to use my walls and floors in any upload to MTS2 or other sites but please give credit where credit is due. darci321....Enjoy!
FYI: I have CEP3 and use SimPE 0.52 for recolors and Sims2 HomeCrafters Plus.

However, The white fence was recolored by me using Quaxi's SimPE Tutorials > Cloning-Recoloring a Fence but this fence is not included in this download since there are potential Problems that this fence might override another Fence either custom or original maxis in your game. But you can learn how to make your own without having meshing skills. Go to : Sims 2 Package Editor Forum Index>SimPE Tutorials>Cloning-Recoloring a Fence
