The Old NorthWest school house has been renovated into a two story, three bedroom home. The recess yard is been landscaped and partically fenced off for play and the driveway has been paved. Testors Reality is offering this partically furnished home for $44,887, realitors fees included. Ed Testor is on standby waiting for your calls to tour the home.
This two story home was made on a 3X2 lot. This house was made with University and Nightlife and requires the EPs to work properly.
The only custom content in this farmhouse are walls and floors, made by myself, and and terrain paints. You will need CEP for recolors to show. You are welcome to use my wall and floor recolors where you see fit, but please give credit where it is due.
FYI: I have CEP3 and use SimPE 0.52 for recolors and Sims2 HomeCrafters Plus.
