An old red brick farmhouse is waiting for a larger family to move in this relic of a bygone day before freeways,subdivisons and taxes crowded in on roving farmlands.
This two story home was made on a 2x4 lot. It costs $38,535. This house was made with University and Nightlife and requires the EPs to work properly. This is house two of 100 Colony Lane, the unfurnished version.
Features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two fireplaces. This house is not furnished inside. However, the trees and flowers have a gardener coming in daily until a new family moves in.
The only custom content in this farmhouse are walls and floors, made by myself. You are welcomed to use my walls and floors in any upload to MTS2 or other sites but please give credit where credit is due.
You will need CEP for recolors to show.
FYI: I have CEP3 and use SimPE 0.52 for recolors and Sims2 HomeCrafters Plus.
