There are so many great houses here on MTS2 that I was a little "shy" to upload one of my own lots to share...but I am hoping that someone might find this lot useful and enjoyable. I use this floorplan when I expect to have a HUGE family, or a lot of pleasure-aspired partiers. It is easy to navigate-the nursery, bathrooms and den are strategically placed to make things easier for the Sim-god. The house is partially furnished, but is ready for a family to move in. This lot features:
5+ bedrooms
built in bar area
study/den with fireplace
kitchen/dining room
2 bathrooms
living/tv room
nursery
2 car garage
unfurnished garage apartment with private entrance
"banquet" room (poolside entrance)
3/4 wrap around deck

Price: 220,924

The ONLY custom content included with this lot is Boblishman's Open Plan Interior Staircase, which is, in my game at least, a very important item. When I say included that means if you download this lot and you don't already have the stairs, you are gonna get them. This lot has been scanned with clean installer, and other than the stairs mentioned above, there are no hacks, goodies or surprises in this lot.
