Oasis

Heres another out of the box house from me. This time I decided to go modern. Using a 2x2 lot in a desert map, I created a 2/3 bedroom house, complete with all the comforts of home, all enclosed to protect against the harsh desert. Included is a room upstairs devoted to a hydroponic garden, just becase its a bit hard to get fresh produce in the middle of an ocean of sand, isn't it? Theres 2 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, sunken sun room (complete with hot tub), living room, 2/3 bedrooms (I used one as an office, but you may use it as you see fit), finished basement, and a garage. The garage has a curved glass roof, to deflect the sand from hitting the car. There is also an octaconal skylight in the upstairs hallway, and both the botanical garden and living room have glass roofs, coated with anti-UV shielding of course. For a little over 36 grand this can all be yours.

I cleaned this lot with clean installer, and removed the non nesicary custom content. The following is needed and included in the file:
