I searched the Internet to find some houses that I could use as a base to design Sim housing. I found this plan (http://www.coolhouseplans.com/details.html?pid=20378) and tried to copy it. I wasn't sure how to make the roof with the fencing over the porch or the border along the top roof. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The house is fully furnished and retails for $116,789. Includes a 2 car garage (Nightlife required).
