Ok this my first building upload be kind lol

Category:Lots & Housing > Residential

Description: This is a single open plan house with split level kitchen. Should be perfect for a career Sim or childless couple, however there is scope to fill in the upper floor if you wanted a second bedroom (spoils the open plan feel tho so i left it as an option). Has a built in garage so requires NL EP, apart from that no other custom content needed.

Lot Size: 2x2 Small
Cost Furnished: 35k
Cost Unfurnished: 23k

Split level technique based on a tutorial by SimMasterRalph to be found :Here

Hope you like it
