An adult female black top! It's a Maxis recolour so you don't need mesh,
however, in the pictures you can see a default replacement mesh that I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S ITS NAME, and I cannot find out the link to download it again. If you want a decent breast for your she-sims, just let me know how to use the ScanFolder plug-in in SimPE :D
