A lightly furnished garage apartment, decorated in a modern style.

This is built on a 4x2 lot, and costs $71 569. Features include:
3 spacious bedrooms - two double and one single
1 bathroom
Open-plan kitchen/dining area with half-walled living area
Large deck
Double garage
Entertainment area out the back

I'm not certain if I used any University furnishings, wallpaper or whatnot, so I'm not sure whether it'll need to be installed to use this house. That said, however, you will definitely need Nightlife, if you hadn't guessed that already by the fact that it's got a double garage, lol.

NOT included are two pieces of custom content:
The COCONUT Loveseat, part of the COCONUT patio set - available from 11Dots.
Blue transparent tiles, as made by RGiles - available from MTS2.

All furnishing, decorating and landscaping has been kept to a minimum, as this is a house requested by Beckaflex (thanks for the suggestion! ^_^) for use in a story, I believe.

This has been scanned with Clean Installer, and so shouldn't contain any hacks or unexpected custom content (that is to say... none at all, lol).
