This is a beautiful 3-garage, 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bath home.
Built on a 5x4 lot; cost roughly 220,00.

The first floor has a spacious kitchen, large dining room, master suite, with attached master bath with fire place, and a large walk-in closet. Also has a raised study, and a family room. Leading out from the master suite is a beautiful sunroom.

The second floor has a balcony over looking the entrance way below, 4 bedroom, each with private full bathroom. Leading up from the stairs is the family den, and down the hall is a large gameroom.

When I was decorating the home, I mainly used Maxis objects, although some custom content has been included. Unfortunately, as I'm not entirely sure where I got some of the things from, I am unable to use those objects, and have removed them.

This lot requires University, NL and OFB.
