I've been working on this off and on for a long, long time and finally got it the way I wanted. It's a 4 story condo on small lot -$24,706- for my student sims. It has 3 indentical 1 bedrm apartment. 2 shops for when your sims are to busy to go to the market or need that special outfit for that last minute date. Garage for 4 autos. I used Targa's wonderful 'Ascebsion Stairs V2' http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=97367 for the elevators. I added some objects from community mode for the the shops
