Today I am going to offer 2 houses for you! It is actually the same house, but in two different colors, so that you can place them in a row like so:



The picture shows 5 different colors, but I am only going to upload 2 of them here: The dark red and the tan colors. If you want all five, you can download my colored bricks from here:
http://www.modthesims2.com/member/s...ad.php?t=221602 and just recolor the brick portion, change the color of the windows and doors, change the stairs, flooring, and half walls and voila!

Description: It is medium sized, with attached garage, kitchen, 2 story open diningroom, sunken living room, office, 3 bedrooms, nursery, loft area and (because everyone who has ever got one of my houses before knows, I firmly believe sims can never ever have too many bathrooms) 5 bathrooms!

I am not sure if you can tell well in the pictures, but the second floor overhangs the driveway, giving it a sort of "different" look given the limitation of having to put the driveway on the left on a lot this size.

I have all EPs up to and including Pets, but I beleive you only need OFB to use this lot, as I did not use any build items from Pets. If anyone has a problem please let me know. Also, I beleive the only content from OFB is DerMarcel's fabulous windows, so if needed I could upload a version without the windows for those who have up to Nightlife.
