The Blue Hill lot is a modern house made with 100% maxis meshes, exept 2 recolors (112ko) I made to match the other stuff it is all maxis stuff. (I say Maxis because it is UpToOFB made)


It is built on a (not blue) hill with a (enlargable) basement entrance with a sport room. Kitchen, nursery, office then 3 of the bedrooms are upstairs on the main building.
On the splitted tower, there are the dining and the living rooms. On the top of this luminous tower you will find the main bedroom and the spa on the sun terrace.


Backyard there are a small pool, decks to the river, nice for boat or fishing, and a game area.

The roofs are not boolproped, just tiled so the upper rooms are safe for Seasons.
