What elf would not want to live in this absolutely amazing treehouse? (And some Sims might want to as well.) This house is on a 3x3 lot, is fully furnished and decorated, and costs approximately $157,000.

This 4-6 bedroom/6 bath home features an invisible driveway and extension, made by roddyaleixo which can be found here. It has plenty of room for a swimming pool or pond, whatever the downloader desires to add downstairs. The bottom floor is the base of the tree, and as such, is only a foyer with stairs upwards. The second floor has two bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room, living room, and recreation room. The third floor features two more bathrooms, and three bedrooms, including the master bedroom, a nursery, and a boy's room. The children's rooms are large enough to be divided in two, should the downloader wish to. The fourth floor features yet two more bathrooms, and a girl's room, a study/extra bedroom, and a pool room/extra bedroom. The roof of the main trunk is an open balcony, suitable for any outdoor activity. All of the upper levels are connected to the trunk by wooden walkways.

Except for the invisible driveway mentioned above, all custom content was made by me. This lot should require only NL.

Editted to add: I moved my elvish family into this house, and it is fairly easy to play, considering 4 levels and multiple branches. If you have a slower computer, I suggest removing most of the trees, it will help.
