This adorable home was based on this house, expanded slightly from the original plans.

This home may seem petite at first sight, but it features a two-car garage, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an open living/kitchen/dining floorplan. Perfect for that medium-to-large family, without all the hassle of too many floors and rooms. It is built on a 3x3 lot, and costs under $40,000.
