Hey Guys, this is a fairly simple house made by Team iMod. This is our first house and i think we did a fairly good job with it. It's a two story house 1 Bedroom (with 3 beds) a study, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with an island, a driveway, a porch and some other stuff i cant remember off the top of my head. The cost for this beautiful house is around 81,000 give or take a few hundred. I started this house with very simple in mind, but it didn't exactly come out that way. I used one piece of custom content in this house and it can be found here. I know this requires nightlife because of the drivway but im not sure if it requires university so if someone could test this thanks. Hope you guys like it!
