The latest addition to my "Classical Collection "; this French chateau will grant any sims desires of wealth, luxury, and style. Pricing just under $305,000, enjoy what this beach side estate has to offer. Includes 3 bath, 4 bed, indoor pool/gym (see pics), guest room/games room (you can make it whatever you want), plus much more.

Custom Content:
There is absolutley no Hacks, mods, meshes, or anything of that sort. The only custom content there is are some wallpapers and flooring that is made with the Homecrafter.
