I made a Bit Modern Cas, you need the following Objects to let the CAS work good
Bamboo Curtain: http://sims-2.gameslife.ru/objects_sets8.htm
Couch, You need to download the mesh AND the Recolours: http://www.holysimoly.com/index.cfm...&pagestartrow=4
Rug: http://sims-2.gameslife.ru/objects_rugs2.htm you need the mesh by Echo, the link is on the page. It's the third rug in the right row.
Flowers on wall: http://freearea.peggysims2.net/obje...size=2&number=5
Floor and Wall Included!

Edit: I put the wall and the floor also in the download file because is wasn't included. You HAVE to download the file AGAIN if you had download it before!
