2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house w/ nursery, living room, and fireplace

Hi! This is my first upload, I hadn't bothered to upload any houses before. I'm pretty sure I've done a good job with this house! I can only hope so. I only have 1 custom download, Numenor's (and Boblishman's) wall-mounted television which I have a link for below.

The lot is worth $100,305. Not a good starter home, but it's good for a family with stable jobs already.

The house is quite cramped but it's all good. There is one room that I made for the parents and one for a teenager (I tried to make it look like for either gender but I guess it came out looking more like for a girl. But you can change it anyway if you want, I don't like all the furniture myself.)

There is a roomy backyard where you can put gardens or hedges, I already put a table for 4 out there as well as a barbecue stand as well as a shady tree. There's a fence around the house, and there is a wraparound (but not the whole way) porch in the back, with a recliner and a telescope there. What else can I say, well there is a basement which is used as a nursery as well as a place for a tv/family room area. I'll just show you the links now so you can see for yourself! =)
