Request: Modern House w/ 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Hi again, sorry I haven't uploaded in a while but I've been really busy with homework and stuff. Spring break is next week (today is Thursday, so after tomorrow I'll have 9 days of break!) so I'll get a bunch of days off to make houses! Yay! I actually managed to do this house today in about 3 hours but I still have homework to do (Aaah :insane: )

Okay this house is a 4x4 lot (Large) and costs $135,200, 2 stories. I did go a bit overboard. This lot is cleaned out with Sims2Pack Clean Installer, there should be no problem with it. The lot doesn't require any exp. packs, btw.

Anyway, here's the custom content by my favorite modders (or whatever you call them :Panda: ) None of these custom objects require any expansion packs. (Even the punching bag which does say it requires UNI but it doesn't, so it doesn't matter)

If you didn't see the thread name, it has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Other rooms include a kitchen, living/rec/dining room, a hottub room (I dunno what that is called but whatever! ), a exercise room w/ punching bag and exercise machine, and a- hallway sort of thing with just a mirror and a plant and stairs in it, I believe... oh yeah there's also one closet which has a wardrobe in it for the parents (master bedroom).

The rooms include a master bedroom for parents, a bedroom for a young adult, a bedroom for a "late" teenager, a bedroom for a "late" child, and a bedroom for 2 little children ("late" means they're about to go into the next stage in case you don't know :haha: ).

The backyard has a pool in it and flowers, as well as 1 or 2 palm trees. The front also has palm trees and a walkway/patio sort of thing.

Oh yah, there is also a back porch and a front porch, as well as a wrap-around (almost) sort of balcony-ish thing on the 2nd story.
