1 x garden shed (empty)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a microwave, a sink and a mirror, a pool, and an outdoor grill.

Expandability: Shed can be enlarged, perhaps also a room added behind the bedroom.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
