So many starter houses here, but I see hardly any starter businesses, so I thought I should make one. This has a food store/bakery/takeout included, but it's easy enough to turn it into something else if you prefer (the food displays are 1.600§ together if I'm not mistaken -- enough to buy a workstation or stock up on catalogue goods).

Description:
Two-story starter house with a home business ready to go, furnished for 1-2 sims with room to spare. Sparsely furnished, minimal landscaping. Playtested in a vanilla game with no cheats, works nicely.

2 x spare room (unfurnished)
2 x store room

Another small (bed)room could be cut off the livingroom if you need more space.

The store has two rooms (technically it's one, but on two levels) with access to a toilet; if you don't want to devote so much room to the store you can easily fence off access to the upper level or set up your workshop there.

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, 2 x burglar alarm, trash can, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove and basic business equipment; enough room for driveways but none included.
