Husdon Street

A beautiful modern-contempo lot. Unique set of foundations and walls to give the house a house on a hill feel, while still keeping the bottom level completley usable!


Here we see the entrance, complete with custom flowerboxes, 2-car garage, and split level modular stairs leading up into the house


Upon entering the house, we come into the 2-story Great Room, where you can find a fireplace, Samsung HDTV, wrap-around sofa, and doors leading to the porch outside.


To the left of the great room is the Kitchen and Breakfast Nook. The kitchen features a ceramic hub and diagonal island, and the breakfast nook is set into a bay window.


Connecting to the kitchen is the dining room. I attempted to make the room have a darker theme, while still keeping the room well lit.


Aside from the dining room, is the den. Here you will find a pool table, library, and a computer with a window overlooking the front yard.


Now we will go upstairs, to the master bedroom. I tried to have a Japanese style, while still keeping the same theme of modern-contempo.


Connected to the master bedroom, is the master bath. There are his and her sinks, a plus-size mirror, and split leveling to give the bath tub an embedded feel to it.


Also on the second story, is the girl's bedroom. This room is fit for a queen. The split-leveling of the bed will make your girl seem like she is in a castle, overlooking her palace of toys.
