This is a rebuild of the first house i uploaded here. The lay out is different, but the look of the building is pretty much the same. I rebuild this house for my own sims and i really like the house.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a nursery and a beautiful garden. A study/library, big kitchen/diner and a large livingroom. It is build on a 4x4 lot and will cost your sims almost 228000 simoleans.
Included in this house are the following files:
