I dont really know what is that building , its dont have any purpose so i think

, although i didnt decorate it in the inside , its contain objects in the outside of the building (see picture)- the big fountain, from the ExpansionPack University so idont think the building suitable for these who dont have this EP (correct me if i wrong), sorry.
