I fixed this up, so I'm reposting it, since I took down the other one. 
The toddler mesh looks better now. Check here for more conversion meshes.
This is a conversion mesh, so it shouldn't require OFB for the adult mesh. It was converted from the OFB male mesh, but I like it better on females. It's for all ages.
I made my regular colors, the maxis four in the right colors bins, plus dirty blond, strawberry blond, platinum blond and dark brown.
Recolor or edit all you want.
