I did this as a request and it is also my first upload

I used the following objects when making but did not include in upload

washer version 2.0
dryer version 2.0 both by jpaugh78
remember these are nonusable items

flourescent kitchen ceiling light by simwookiee

lg fridge by astong

outdoor lantern
numenor_outdoorlantarn_balckframe object recolour both by numenor

all avaible on modthesims2

I also used a terrian paint that I forget where I got from so naturally not included due to credit issues

The lot size is 6x5

The cost is 144,629
