Hi, it's my first house. The house is simple but I really love if. There's 1 small kitchen, a livingroom compacts with dining room& study Bedroom is in the upper floor with a double bed and a cradle for a family with young new couple& a baby.

The house costs $19,867 and have most of the basic furnitures.



Currently there is no problem with the house, only pls pick up the dusk bin since the previous owner was a desperate gambler& he kicked the can before moving out

It's my first time uploading something so pls telling me if there is anything wrong. And pls dun upload my house into pay sites or sims exchange (I'm sure nobody would bother to do it. but, well ... )
