Life's A Beach 01 - Beachside cottage
It's a small one bedroom cottage, but the area downstairs could be converted to house another bedroom. There is a second bathroom downstairs, but other than that the area is empty.
It's on a small block (3x3) oops, did I say 3x3, I meant 3x2 sorry but there is still a little bit of space on one side (maybe for a garden or carport even). As is the cost is 44,047. (including furniture and minimal landscaping)
To save space, I have used the spiral staircase by XxHalfBloodPrincexX -I did try to do split stairs (my first attempt lol) but got into such a mess, the spiral staircase seemed so much easier.
please note Sorry to anyone that has found this problem.... Some of the furniture was placed at an angle. I didn't realise at the time that sims can't always use things that are placed this way. While it looks good to have something run along the wall, it may be more practical to move them to the correct angle.... sorry, I learn something new every day.
This house was created with just Open For Business installed.

Keep in mind that because foundation walls were used for most of the lower level (to allow the ground to come right up to
the walls), you can't hang things on these walls. To get around this you could build another wall one space in from the
foundation wall.
I hope you like my house.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
