BTX Modular stairs by Brasstex (these were needed to save space and have the stairs on top of each other)
You need the iron stairs (file STEPS_73BTXDefiantIronSteps.rar)

You can see the original plans here I had to alter the opper level a little because of how Sims handle sloped ceilings (or the way they don't handle them)
