The second in my beach house/coastal living set. This upmarket residence contains two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite and the other with a walk in dressing room. Upstairs there is an office/study and a deck overlooking the back yard.
Set on a small (2x4) block, this furnished house will set you back 116,159.

Just a note on the placement of some of the deck chairs - While they look good at an angle, sims can't sit on them, so you may want to set them right, so that they can be used.

This house was created with Night Life, Universtiy and Open for Business installed.

I'm think this is all the CC used. When I went to package the house, Clean Installer said there was heaps, so I went through room by room to check and this is all I could find.
