Spacious Country Home w/basement stormshelter (requested by philpott2217)

Tonight I am proud to present to you another very spacious offer.

My builder was requested to do a beautiful country style house for a wonderful lady and her family, and here it is.

This is not the country style with the grand porch, no this is more like a suburban style country. Take a look I think you will see it suits both the modern suburban lifestyle and works quite well with the country lifestyle. The front entrance of this house has a very nice foyer that looks directly into the fireplace adorned livingroom, The kitchen is quite large with oodles of counter space for every cooking need and even includes a breakfast bar, which sits next to the quite large rear entrance/ breakfast nook.

Master suite (masterbedroom, master bath, lavatory)
2 bedrooms
1 bathroom
living room
Dining room
2 car garage
And even a swimming pool

The basement of this house is set up as a stormshelter/Playroom and includes a second kitchen and a third bathroom.

Other than that this house contains NO custom content.
I pride myself on building houses with a minimum of custom content and I wish I could do it without those basements too, but I just like to hang things on the wall too much to not use those. That and they make building basements so much easier.

OK I will admit that this house was a bit more difficult than I had expected it to be. Forward facing garages always seem to screw things up.

I'm not really happy with how this particular house turned out, but since it was a request I am posting it anyway.

This like all my other houses is a real house floor plan and so includes an artists rendering of what the house should look like.
