Good Evening Ladie's and Gentlesims,

Julian here again with a new house for you. My builder saw a similar house around here and thought to himself "Wow! that is bad I could do so much better" (he is a bit full of himself at times), so he built this 'little' number here. And I am offering it to you.

This beautiful Victorian house has been fully redone with modern amenities but keeping some of the old world flavor.

This four bedroom house is quite large, as with most victorian style houses it has a sitting room, breakfast nook, kitchen (with Passthroughs),Hey that is me and wait I'm dancing you can't put that up there!, dining room, study/office (this could also be turned into another bedroom if needed), master suite (which is very large as usual), a two floor library, a two car garage, and even a wet bar.

Overall breakdown of this house:
4 Bedrooms
3.5 bathrooms
2 story library
Office/Den
2 car garage
Breakfast nook(?)
Dinning Room (more like hall)
large Kitchen
4 covered porches
unfinished basement
on a 5x4 lot

All of this for a measely §203,327

It has recently come to my attention that a lot of people are using real floor plans to create their sim houses. While I obviously don't have an issue with this, I do have an issue with it being done badly and then saying that they are real houses.

If people like I will write a tutorial on converting real houses to The Sims 2 and step people through the more difficult areas of it.

OK the house may or may not look exactly like the pictures, because while I was taking the pictures I noticed a few mistakes and went and changed them then repackaged the house.

The basement is unfunished, well because I was lazy and am not planning on playing this house anyway.

The real reason I made this house is that Morganthe made a house (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=145113) and said it was from a real floor plan so I went and looked at the floor plan, I was very dissatified with her take on it (I'm a bit of a perfectionist) and decided to do the house myself and see what I could do.

Yes this house was very difficult to do, there were alot of problems with it, and yes it took me longer than I would have liked to make it. But here is the outcome of the last 3 days of working on it. I'm not exactly happy with it but it will do. I didn't do the basement and lower backyard part due to laziness, I did start to do them, that is why you need the snappledude21 basement mod for this house, If you lower the ground in the back yard you will be able to attach doors and windows to the foundation there.

The floor plan for this house came from www.dreamhomesource.com
